1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by P3 Freight Logistics India (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.

2. Services

The Company provides freight forwarding, transportation, customs coordination, warehousing, and related logistics services.

3. Quotations & Rates

  • All quotations are subject to space availability and carrier schedules.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to carrier revisions, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or government regulations.
  • Duties, taxes, demurrage, detention, examination charges, or unexpected charges shall be borne by the customer.

4. Documentation

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipment documents and declarations.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as per agreed credit terms.
  • Delayed payments may attract interest and service suspension.
  • Original documents may be withheld until payment clearance.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, strikes, weather, or force majeure
  • Loss or damage beyond the Company’s control
  • Consequential or indirect losses

7. Insurance

Shipment insurance is not included unless specifically requested and confirmed in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
