Refund Policy

1. General

Refund requests will be considered only in cases where services were not initiated or where excess payment has been received.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable once services are initiated:

  • Freight charges
  • Customs clearance charges
  • Documentation charges
  • Carrier cancellation fees
  • Government duties and taxes

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

4. Cancellation

Shipment cancellations must be requested in writing before cargo movement or booking confirmation. Cancellation charges may apply.
